Right, summer's over so back to the grindstone. I'm continuing to interview people for the research project that I instigated back in 'Letters...No:10' but there are already significant themes and issues emerging. I've been invited to give a presentation at one of our local service provider's staff training days and I will be including my research findings so far as part of that presentation. I am currently writing up a paper for that day which will give a resume of results so far and I will also publish it here on the website if you'd like to have a look and see how things are going.

I still have quite a few people to talk to but further volunteers are always welcome so do pass the word around.

I expect to have the paper finished sometime in the next week or so......so watch this space !
